All sales of DTF Wizard are final.

Due to the nature of digital access, refunds are not provided once an access code has been issued, delivered, or used.

1. Digital Access
   DTF Wizard includes immediate or near-immediate digital access. Once a code is issued, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable.
2. NFC Card Orders
   If a physical NFC card is included, it will be processed and shipped after purchase. Shipping times may vary.
3. Damaged or Lost Items
   If your NFC card arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us. Replacement may be provided at our discretion.
4. Access Issues
   If you experience issues accessing the app due to a valid code error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
5. Unauthorized Use
   We are not responsible for lost or shared access codes. Access codes are treated like digital keys and should be kept secure.
