DTF Wizard – Terms of Use
By purchasing and using DTF Wizard, you agree to the following terms:
- Access and License
DTF Wizard provides a single-user access license. Each purchase grants access to one user only. Access codes are unique and intended for individual use. Sharing, distributing, or reselling access codes is strictly prohibited.
If code sharing, abuse, or unauthorized use is detected, access may be revoked without notice and without refund. A new purchase will be required to regain access.
- Lifetime Access
“Lifetime access” refers to the operational life of the DTF Wizard application and service. This does not guarantee access for the lifetime of the purchaser. Access will remain available as long as the app and its supporting systems are actively maintained and operational.
The service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
- No Guarantees or Warranties
DTF Wizard is an educational and reference tool only. It is designed to provide guidance, workflows, and general troubleshooting information based on experience and common industry practices.
No guarantees are made regarding results, performance, or outcomes. Results may vary depending on equipment, materials, environment, and user execution.
- Use at Your Own Risk
All information provided within DTF Wizard is used at your own risk. The creator and associated entities are not responsible for:
• Equipment damage
• Print failures or defects
• Material waste
• Production downtime
• Financial loss
• Any other direct or indirect damages resulting from use or misuse of the app
Users are responsible for verifying settings, testing processes, and operating equipment safely.
- No Professional or Technical Liability
DTF Wizard does not replace manufacturer guidelines, professional training, or technical service. Always follow your equipment manufacturer’s instructions and safety procedures. - Digital + Physical Product
Purchase includes access to the digital application and, where applicable, an NFC access card. Digital access may be provided prior to delivery of the physical product. - Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital access, all sales are final once an access code has been issued or used. - Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
